Our favorite is to Fry Spam and add to a burger patty.

The recipe that we use most is a microwaved combination omelet

Ingredients.

2 slices spam about 1/4 inch thick
3 eggs
chopped new onion to taste
1/4 cup shredded cheese.

Place in microwave for 30 seconds, take out stir and put back in. Do this about 3 times or until the eggs are done but still soft not runny.
