Description
In Japan, Sapporo Ichiban is famous for its low-cost yet delicious instant noodle products.
The package contains FIVE single-serving packs of instant ramen noodles with powdered shio soup and seasoning.
“Shio” means “salt” in Japanese.
According to the manufacturer, salt is used as a subtle flavor enhancer to bring out the natural sweetness and flavor of vegetables carefully blended to create a flavorful yet refreshing clear powdered soup.
The included seasoning packet of sesame seeds adds a nutty and deep richness to this fast, low cost and delightful dish.
COOKING TIME: 3 minutes.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. In a small pot, bring 2 cups (500ml) of water to boil. Add noodles, breaking up if desired. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in seasoning from soup base packet.
3. Try adding an egg, vegetables, or meat as desired.
