Satay Seasoning Mix

LOBO CHICKEN SATAY SEASONING

BAG A  –  CHICKEN, PORK OR BEEF MARINADE MIX
BAG B  –  SATAY SAUCE MIX

Mix content of packet A with 60ml of coconut milk and marinade strips of your favourite meat
thread on to skewers and place under a medium to hot grill until cooked you can marinade whilst cooking

Mix contents of packet B with 180ml of coconut milkand one tablespoon of vegetable oil and bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes (I add some crunchy peanut butter)

Serve with Cucumber Salad

4 tablespoons vinegar
5 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
heat until sugar dissolved remove from heat and allow to cool
Arrange Cucumber Chillies and Shallots (thinly sliced) in layers and pour over mixture

Each packet contains 2 x 50g  packets of spice mix
