Sweet and Sour Seasoning Mix can easily be prepared for a tasty stir-fry. Stir-fry all ingredients until cooked, then add the sweet and sour seasoning mix and stir well. Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
Various ingredients can be cooked with the sauce, including chicken, pork, beef or even seafood. For a Thai version of Sweet and Sour the preferred vegetables are sliced white onion, chunks of fresh tomato, diced fresh pineapple and cucumber chunks.
